When your child is absent-please call the school at 381-3521 everyvtime your child is absent from school. Excuse notes need to be sent in within two days of an absence.

Lunch with your child-You are always welcome to eat lunch with your child at school. Make sure to arrive prior to your child’s assigned lunch time, sign in and wait for your child’s class in the lobby or in the cafeteria at the parent lunch table.   Fayette County Schools have a strict policy that only sack lunches (no fast food) can be brought by visitors to the cafeteria. Your child is allowed to ask 1 friend to join you at the parent lunch table.   Please make sure to be aware of the 25 minute lunch period and let your child join the class line when their class begins to dismiss from the cafeteria.

Sickness-Children need to stay home 24 hours after vomiting, diarrhea, or running a fever. We need your help to keep all children well.

Transportation Changes-All transportation changes must be in writing.
