The Shoshone gather often to pray. They would smoke sacred pipes while they prayed. The Shoshone called praying Coyote talk. The Shoshone dressed in ceremony robes for praying.
Coyote is one of the Shoshone gods. The Shoshone belief that Coyote created all human. Coyote is so important that the Shoshone named praying after Coyote. Coyote talk.
The Shoshone believe in a lot of spirits. Some of the spirits are ghosts, giants, and evil dwarfs. Every spirit is very important. Some spirits are believed to have been created by Coyote.
